1.Low-Density,High Strength proppant

1.1 Specifications:

16/20、20/40、30/40、30/60 

1.2 Characteristic:

A. The bulk density is 1.58-1.63 g/cc, the apparent density is 2.92-2.97 g/cc.

B. Great ability underprop closed press,  The crush rate ≤9% at 12500psi (86MPa).

C.The proppant of low-density have well-proportioned mix with fracturing liquid and                          symmetrical inpouring under stratum.This boost up the ability underprop closed press.

2. Middle-density, High Strength Proppant

2.1  Specifications:

 20/40、30/40、30/50

2.2  Characteristic:

A. The bulk density is 1.75-1.78 g/cc, the apparent density is 3.05-3.10 g/cc.

B. Great ability underprop closed press,  The crush rate ≤9% at 12500psi (86MPa).

C. Middle-density proppant have a moderate aluminiferous material and sintering terms. So it has great content of mullite and full-grow of crystal within proppant.

3. High-density, High Strength Proppant

3.1 Specifications:

 30/50、30/60、40/70

3.2 Characteristic:

A. The bulk density is 1.83-1.85 g/cc, the apparent density is 3.35-3.42 g/cc.

B. Great ability underprop closed press,  The crush rate ≤9% at 12500psi (86MPa).

C. High-density proppant have a excessive aluminiferous material. It will come into being corundum with proppant at the terms of high temperature. The content of air hole is low inside proppant,great ability underprop outside closed press. Small specs of proppant can easily mix with fracturing liquid and inpouring under stratum symmetrically better than big specs.
